I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were top-notch with double aspect windows and blinds providing privacy, although the price seemed a bit high for what was offered. The service was a mixed bag, from really friendly interactions to cold and unhelpful moments, but overall satisfactory. The location was excellent, set in a charming area close to attractions like the Cotswolds, and even with recent tax changes making it more affordable. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with pre-cooked meals slightly detracting from the overall quality. The facilities were standard and met my needs during my stay.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a generous selection of tea and coffee sachets. The staff were all professional with a great sense of humour, making our stay relaxing and fun. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

The room was bigger than expected and furnished with a large 4 poster bed, very comfortable. It also had a large leather settee and other essential furnishings including a mini fridge and bar.

The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and courteous staff, although the early morning noise was a downside. The location was brilliant, allowing for a peaceful stay despite some tired room decor. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, with a good selection, but the appearance of the waitstaff was a letdown.
